How did a passionate young girl who took her first dance class in a Colorado strip mall, make her way to become a #1 hit recording artist with five consecutive hits worldwide?
Sarah moved to New York City and immersed herself in the art scene. Facing challenges along the way, Sarah (she?) continued to pursue her artistic vision and tear through the barriers to get her music out to
the world.
Introduced to and guided by legendary music man Chris Blackwell (Island Records, Bob Marley, U2), Sarah entered the studio to record with Grammy-nominated producer Rick Chertoff (Cyndi Lauper,
Joan Osborne).
In conjunction with her debut album, Sarah released remixed versions of her songs. The dance music community embraced her, as top DJs in the world, including Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Tracy Young, Tony Moran and Steve Aoki remixed and/or supported her music.
“Sarah Atereth… what can I say about a woman who releases a record, the DJs love it, the dance floor is jumping, they are chanting ‘Who is this, who is this?!’ That is something I don’t hear often.” — DJ Reenie Kane
Renowned for her unique writer’s voice and sultry vocal style, Sarah writes or co-writes every one of her songs. Her lyrics are at once profound and graceful with a keen intellect and elegant musicality.
With two #1 UK hits, the #1 most-played song (Fade Away) on Sirius/XM bpi, and five Top 10 Billboard Charting songs, don’t miss
out on Sarah’s dynamic live performances. Be ready for the
energy tsunami!
“When listening to Sarah’s music, you’ll want to spin
and bop [sic] across your own living room with the volume blasting on the stereo!” — Chris S. Witwer
In addition to being on the cover of Radio & Records Magazine, and named The Future Face in Music Week, Sarah honors her role as the face of Until.org (with Kevin Bacon, Jessica Alba, Michael Phelps). She was also thrilled to perform in the NYC Pride Parade to over 1 million people and recalls “it was one of best days ever!”
